Chef McBride has combined the Savory flavors of Truffles, with dried Shitake mushrooms, French Bolete Mushrooms, Porcini Mushrooms, Parsley, Chives, Shallots, Lemon Chervil, Tarragon, Thyme, along with some double wood smoked salt. Great on Grilled Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes, Pasta Cream Sauces, or even in Butter on top of Popcorn.
